All our rugs are handcrafted on order.

• Processing & manufacturing time: 7–25 days (depending on design, size & customization).

• You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp once we start production.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Domestic shipping (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  Shipping timelines may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

• International: Calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.
  For international custom orders, we share the shipping estimate before final billing.
   

4. Custom Duty & Taxes (International Orders)

Import duties, VAT, or local taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
These charges vary by country and are not included in our product price.
 

5. Order Tracking

Once your rug is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on email/WhatsApp.
You can track the shipment status anytime.
 

6. Packaging

All rugs are packed in secure, waterproof, export-grade packaging to ensure safe delivery.
 

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
 

8. Delayed or Lost Packages

While rare, if a package is delayed or lost:

• We coordinate with the courier to resolve it.

• Replacement or refund decisions are taken case-by-case.
