Return Policy
1. Handmade & Made to Order
All our rugs are handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is created specifically for you, which is why we follow a strict return and cancellation policy.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order and before production begins.
Once the rug enters the production stage, cancellations are not allowed.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Since each rug is produced on order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started.
Please review sizes, colours and materials carefully before confirming your order.
4. Quality Check
Every rug goes through detailed quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our craftsmanship standards.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your rug arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the order, contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will assess the situation and assist you with the next steps.
6. Custom & Bespoke Orders
We welcome all custom design requests. However, custom and bespoke rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.
